Atlantic Coast Lifeguard are Ireland's leading lifeguard courses provider. We offer professional Lifeguard Courses, Lifesaving, AED & First Aid course throughout Ireland. Take a look at the various locations and dates and enrol online. Places are limited so avoid disappointment and book early.

Pool lifeguard courses locations

We have three main locations for our public Pool lifeguard courses that take place every 4-6 weeks intensively.

Leinster - Sport Ireland Campus, Dublin.

Connaught - Kingfisher Leisure centre, Galway.

Munster - District Leisure, Silversprings, Tivoli, Cork.

However we always other pool lifeguard courses throughout Ireland in smaller locations but these are at more varied dates.

Beach lifeguard course locations

We have three main locations for public Beach lifeguard courses. Beach lifeguard training takes place in Sept/Oct/Nov and we encourage you to book onto these dates as the water and air temperatures are at their warmest. However we also have courses in March/April.

Leinster our base is Portmarnock, Dublin.

Connaught our base is Bundoran, Donegal.

Munster we are based in Kinsale, Cork.

We strongly recommend the beach lifeguard courses based in Bundoran, Donegal as these provide the best surf conditions. Again we have other beach lifeguard courses taking place in clubs throughout Ireland but dates are more varied.
